Whirphool Refrigerator - Replace My new defective refrigerator

I, Mr. Biplab Banerjee recently bought WHIRLPOOL IF ELT *** GD *S GALAXY- TL REFRIGERATOR ( INVOICE NO - W****/****/*****, AGAINST ORDER NUMBER - W****/****/*****) on **th January, **** from GREATEASTRRN, Shrirampur Hooghly. I have faced serious problem with the refrigerator from the very second day, As I called your official technician, who confirmed to me that there is a problem in the lower section of the door, which we were unable to close due to Gasket problem, and water is continuously flowing from there, As the technician tried to heat the door gasket, and asked not to use the refrigerator for ** hours, the time passed but there is no improvement still now, it is becoming a huge harrasment for me right now what to do next with the new fridge. Though I already complained about the issue at Whirlpool customer care, I still dont get any reply. So I am not going to accept any further maintenance work on my new refrigerator as I am demanding to replace the refrigerator as early as possible.
