TVS JUPITER ZX BS VI - Replace My jupiter ZX and refund my money of sum of amount

I have bought TVS JUPITER ZX BSVI from Hemalata Motors near Malkangiri Cinema Hall,District-Malkangiri,State-Odisha on date **.**.**** .I am mentally very upset due to Self and kick start problem from * month,vibration during ride and poor service facility .Due to this reason i have been suffering since last july **** which obstacle me to do my duty properly.Always facing truble in the middle of the road when it automatically off which cause a life thread twice.thank god that i have escape twice but mentally i am totally mentaly financial harassedn due this reason.it is a life risk for me during riding ,lot of uncertainity when it will start after start off and taking **-** minutes time to restart.horrible thing that within one year it showing lot of problem which is a proof of cheating a consumer. I have done my servicing thrice but showroom failed to solve my scooty problem.they complaining that it is happening due to senser problem.tThat means company is totally frauding with me like other consumer.That's why i want my money back or totally replace my scooty.
