Syntrex Collection - Repeated Wrong Product Deliveries and Unjust Return Rejection by Meesho

I am filing this complaint against Meesho for repeated delivery of incorrect and poor-quality products, and for rejecting a valid return without justification.

Over the past few weeks, I have placed five separate orders (including one exchange) for the same product from Meesho. Each time, I received either a completely different item or a garbage-quality piece of cloth that did not match the product description or images.

The most recent and final order (Order ID: #******************) was placed for the following products:

Instead of receiving these two gowns, I was delivered a single yellow dupatta, which was not even remotely related to the order. I immediately initiated a return and uploaded clear photos as proof. The return was picked up from my address on **th October **** by a delivery agent from Shadowfax (contact: +** **********).

However, within a few hours, I received a message from Meesho stating that the return had “failed quality check” and was rejected. I was neither refunded nor was the incorrect item returned to me. This is completely unfair and unacceptable.

Despite raising complaints multiple times through Meesho’s customer support (calls and chats), I have received no resolution. I have also flagged this product listing as misleading/fake, but no action has been taken against the seller.

This experience has left me feeling cheated, harassed, and financially exploited. I have all supporting evidence including:
- Product photos
- Return pickup confirmation
- Screenshots of the app showing return rejection
- Delivery agent details
- Call recordings (if required)

Relief Sought:
