Nxt Wave - Repeated Request for Course Discontinuation Due to Financial and Mental Stress

I am a student enrolled in NxtWave, and I have been paying ₹*,*** every month towards the EMI. But now, my family is going through a very difficult financial situation. My father's condition has worsened due to these struggles — he even came close to a life-threatening situation because of the financial burden.

At home, everyone is scolding me, and I am under severe mental pressure. I am unable to focus or continue with my studies in this condition.

I have sent multiple emails requesting to discontinue the course, but I have been told that discontinuation is not possible, and that I must complete the full course and pay the full amount. Madam/Sir, I am truly struggling and I don’t know how to manage this situation anymore. I am mentally and emotionally exhausted.

I kindly and humbly request you once again to please discontinue my course. I am unable to continue — both financially and mentally. Please try to understand my situation and support me.
