APARNA CYBERZON SECURITY TEAM - Repeated Negligence Threats by Society Security Team No Action Despite 14 Complaints

I, Harsha, resident in a reputed gated community in Nallagandla, Hyderabad, am filing this complaint against the society’s security personnel and management for repeated, willful negligence, harassment, and privacy violations. Despite being a regular maintenance-paying resident entitled to proper security services, the guards have consistently allowed unauthorized persons into the premises without my permission, causing grave mental distress, privacy breach, and safety concerns. I have raised ** formal complaints via the Anacity app since December ****, along with several oral complaints, yet no action has been taken, and instead, I have been subjected to retaliatory misconduct. Security personnel accessed visitor logs, contacted my guests without consent, and spread false narratives, violating basic privacy norms. On one occasion, with help from a former association member, they even threatened to tie me to the main gate and send me to the police station—causing public humiliation and trauma. In their response to my latest complaint dated ** July ****, they falsely blamed me instead of accepting responsibility, despite me clearly stating the time of the incident (*:** PM). This reflects not only a systemic failure in managing entry protocols but also a complete lack of accountability. I request Voxya’s help in taking immediate action against the responsible staff, replacing the current Security Manager, ensuring strict visitor entry procedures, penalizing those involved in threats and data misuse, and awarding suitable compensation for the mental harassment and loss I have suffered due to their gross misconduct.
