Meesho Valmo Courier - Repeated Issue Delivery Agent Collected Return Parcel Without OTP Verification

This is the second time I have faced this issue with the same delivery agent. Previously, he failed to complete the return pickup properly, and despite making repeated calls, I had to take my return parcel back from him. Because of his negligence, I was forced to keep a parcel that I did not want.
Now the same issue has happened again. The delivery agent collected my return parcel but did not ask for or verify the OTP. Even we are asking him to take the OTP.As a result, the return pickup has not been updated in the Meesho app. This repeated negligence is causing unnecessary inconvenience. Kindly investigate this matter, update my return status immediately, and take appropriate action against the delivery agent to prevent such issues in the future.
