Blue star split AC - Repeated Installation Allocation but Service Not Provided

Despite repeated installation allocations, no technician has visited my location and the AC installation remains pending. I have been following up continuously, but there has been no proper response or resolution from your side.
This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience, loss of time, and mental stress. I request immediate installation of the AC and appropriate compensation for the service delay and deficiency in service. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be constrained to pursue further action through the consumer grievance process.
