Exide Battery - Repeated failure of Exide battery

I am writing this email with absolute disappointment over the poor quality of Exide products and pathetic customer service. I have been using their battery in my RITZ car for over * years now. However, except the battery which came with car from Maruti Suzuki (exide make battery) others have failed miserably.

I bought a new battery in the year **** after OE supplied failed. The bill attached. This battery failed within * years in the middle of my trip. I didn't have any choice and I dropped the battery in the nearest Exide dealer - SAI Batteries Panruti (Cuddalore district) and got the replacement battery on *th February ****. Once again the replacement battery failed within a year. Once again I was trying to replace it as the warranty period which is not yet over yet. However, to my shock the dealers in Coimbatore are insisting for the receipt of a replacement battery done last year. This receipt was not given and I couldn't fetch it. Failing to provide the receipt, I was forced to buy a new battery. The new battery photo is attached.

*. The replacement battery failed within a year. Replacement document not provided by Sai Electricals, Panruti. So battery dealers in Coimbatore not agreeing for warranty replacement. So I was forced to purchase new battery. New battery photo is attached (*rd Battery.jpg).

Pathetic products and i am fighting to get the resolution. The team in coimbatore is least bothered and no one respond from customer service cell.
I need the difference amount to be paid by Exide against the warranty claim.
