Boat - Repeated Defective Replacement boAt Refusing Service After Warranty Excuse

I purchased boAt Airdopes *** (Black) on ** August **** from Chandak Enterprises, Jaipur with *-year warranty.

The product malfunctioned multiple times and was replaced once in **** due to manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also became defective within a short period. The charging port of the case is coming out and the bottom part of the earbuds detaches automatically.

I raised multiple service tickets (ID: ********) and shared all required documents. boAt support has acknowledged the defect but is repeatedly refusing service by citing “warranty expired” and minor invoice-date technicalities, despite the replacement itself being faulty.

The company has also refused to share contact details of their legal or grievance team and keeps sending copy-paste responses, showing deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

I am seeking a replacement or refund for a repeatedly defective product and harassment-free resolution.
