i have taken loan from this NBFC and they are repeatedly calling me for foreclosure daily and torturing me mentally and this is not the first time and even for repayment issue from there end they call me daily and ask me bout repayment, i have lost my happiness due to them and being repeatedly called and tortured, can you help in suing this company in all forms.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
