An amount of **** got deducted from my credit, was told it would be refunded back within * days. This is the *th day and I have only one Email response.
I have to make to clear my bill on the *th and they are asking me to clear the extra **** that they have to refund back to my account. On top of that I got charged Rs.** as a convenience fee for a service that didn't go through.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
