Cash bean app - Repayment not updated

Lakshmi Narayana P filed complaint against Cash bean app on Apr 2, 2020

I have done repayment of my loan which i took in cash with in due date but it's not updated in app. And i have raised appeal and mailed them regarding the issue but they haven't updated the status. But now they are saying your amount has been payed but u have to pay penalty if not your CBIL score will go down and no other banks will give u loans. Kindly resolve my issue.
