Ganganagar Automobiles Private Limited - Repaired car Rear glass outside pasting done delivered to me

This is with reference to issue of new car purchased from the Tata Dealer In Delhi (Ganganagar Automobiles Private Limited. Address: No G*, No *B*, Jackson Crown Heights, Sector **, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi ******).
Car details: Tata Tigor XZ CNG
When we reached the showroom to take the delivery found rear side glass having outside pasting on left side. How come a new car having such pasting. When we done the PDI, such pasting not observed. Even dealer agent now allowed to click photograph during PDI. As per him it’s not under policy.
When we highlighted the concern of outside pasting to dealer but they denied it & removed it the car but back glass pasted by outside. How come a new having pasting even which we never seen in PDI. Shown to dealer as car is having outside pasting on back glass . Dealer VP & GM refused to replace the car as informed us that car is registered now hence no replacement even if you go to tata they will also not do the replacement. Very pathetic service by dealer. Their behavior also not good as always telling now car registered “ nothing will happen even you highlight to police as we signed the PDI. Please raise complaint & replace the car. I am attaching pictures as well .Logged compliant with Tata as well but no resolution. Incident Number : *-************ & *-************
