Mi Tv 55 inch - Repair service not provided

I bought a **inch MI TV from your company through Flipkart. After two years the TV just started giving  blank screen problem. As it is a normal problem in your TV hence we did a factory reset  and  It worked for one week.  But again started giving the same blank screen problem. This time we asked your technician to come and  repair the TV properly.  However your Technician informed us that it will cost  Rs.***** for repairing the same since the panel board is faulty.  I do not understand  how  the TV was working when the panel board wasfaulty.  This is just cheating  done by your company and the  technician are just fooling the customers.  They are also asking for cash payment without giving any  invoice and collecting GST too on your service charge of ***+GST.  This is cheating of customers as well as  cheating the law of this country.  How much GST your people are collecting by giving FAKE  receipts  and not paid to the Government.  Please note  I have paid Rs. ***** to your company and the TV is not working now in just * years. Normally You cannot sell a cheap quality TV with * years life at such a high price.  You have cheated us by not disclosing the life of the TV. 
Most surprising thing is the new  ** inch MI TV costs ***** in your website and the repair cost demanded is ***** ! . 
Please look at the internet  for complaints against  your MI TV  which are not resolved and the normal technical problems which are  often  happening   in all your MI TVs Panel boards.  Getting Blank screen is a regular problem  with most of your TVs which need technical upgradation from your side by improving the quality of the TV  
 Please arrange to  repair my TV ata reasonable cost .  I am going to take legal action on your company  for selling  cheap quality  products by fooling the  customers  if my TV is not repaired with in one month from this date.
