I did my laptop service by Acer official support team while preparing they swapped the motherboard as it is the issue but they replaced with the downgraded motherboard in laptop actual configuration is i* *th Gen but replaced by i* *th Gen and I made a complaint in Acer support team but I'm not getting any response
