Product Has ** Months Warranty( Purchase Date ****-**-**), It's Been * Months And Due To Quality/Manufacturing Issues The Earphone Joint Wires Are About To Tear Off, The Red Band At Earphone Side Is Already Torn Out.
Tried Reaching Out Service Center But They Are Denying Repair Saying No Accessories Can Be Repaired And We Cant Give You Replacement As Well Because You Have Physical Damage On Magnet Side.
My Say In That Is First Why It's Not Repairable And If Its Not Repairable Then Its Not My Lookout They Have To Get It Replaced/Upgraded Anyhow, Now They Are Kicking In Gimmicks Of Physical Damange And Denying The Warranty Service As Per Promise While Purchasing. There Was No Clear Mention That. Even Normal Wear And Tear Would Lead To Warranty Void. That Damage Has Nothing To Do With Current Issue. The Issues That I Mentioned Are Altogether Different. (Document * Is Showing Joint Issue, Document * Is Showing Red Bud Issue And Document * Is Showing Wear And Tear Damage Because Of Which They Are Denying Repair/Replacement
