Nothing Cmf Pro - Repair rejected during warrant period

I had submitted my charger for repair on **-**-**** at service center at om enterprise Azamgarh. The product is still under warranty. However, despite the warranty coverage, the charger has neither been repaired nor replaced. I was informed that the damage to the charger is due to “consumer-induced damage.” However, I strongly disagree with this conclusion. The issue appears to be a result of a manufacturing defect or poor product quality, as the charger was used under normal conditions and handled with proper care at all times. There has been no accidental damage, misuse, or external force applied that could justify your claim. Denying warranty service on incorrect grounds is unfair and against consumer rights.
