LG Window AC 1 5 Ton - Repair of AC under Extended Warranty AMC

I have a window AC of LG company *.* Ton capacity which is under Extended warranty with your company upto * March ****. A complaint was lodged for the repair of the AC as there was a problem in cooling. Technician came and said that cooling coil needs to be replaced and took the part with him. Then I get a call telling me that I will have to pay Rs **** as the amount had exceeded the insurance amount. This is unfair and nothing but befooling the customer as no such repairs have been carried out on this AC that as customer I have to pay this much money for the product under AMC. Not acceptable. No reply has been given to my email asking for proof of the previous repairs. Please resolve the issue ASAP. I am a veteran settled in NOIDA and do expect some decency from a company of repute like yours.
