Whirlpool washing machine - Repair done but issue reappear immediately

I was facing issue with my Whirlpool washing machine where water draining automatically. Whirlpool serive engineer visited and repaired but same issue observed after *H. I called the engineer again, he promised to visit again but he didn't. I lodged multiple complaint to customer care but didn't get any help. I raised new complaint but this ticket was closed automatically.
