I shifted to This property on *st of April
Before even shifting the agent asked me to deposit one month rent plus deposit amount of **k + **k total **k
Then all the documentation and formalities after showing me one room said it will be cleaned and ready to move from *st .
It was not cleaned until i went and stand there . After I shifted I got to know aboit other problems there ,that even basic needs like water is not coming and i have to wait till night . I Had requested enough but it didnt changes finally i got frustrated and * * days later i picked my necessary item and shifted to my friends home.I never spent one night in that property after that but yet I had paid the rent for that month i couldnt vacate then when asked for vacate they informed you have to raise Notice period that is also one month rent **k again is been asked , Before i paid i asked the property manager to ensure my deposit will be refunded and after when i vacated they have sent me that you **k deposit is gone along with *.*k extra amount I have to pay.
I am seeking help on this please let me know what are steps to avoid these fraud and get my money back atleast my deposit.
