Settl - Rental Deposit not returned

Settl ( Samasth Living Pvt. Ltd ) vacated the premises of Settl Bosa - Shubh Enclave, No. **, **, **, ** & **/*, Survey Nos. ** & **, Ambalipura Village, Varthur Hobli, Bengaluru – ******) in August ****.
Settl. has still not paid the rental deposit back which is due on them to be paid if they refuse to service the property as per the agreement.
Despite several reminders on the app, calls and mails they have been non-responsive, leading me to believe that they have malicious intent of not returning the amount of INR *****.
Attached is the evidence - agreement, deposit receipts, email about property vacation, customer tickets.
