nobroker in - Rent Settlement and key from The Tenant

I have taken CPMS service from ****, where-in nobroker takes care of the rented property (like searching for the tenant, rent negotiation, rent payment and any minor issues in the property).

- Current tenant occupied the property on **th Sept ****. Total advance negotiated to *L and rent per month is *****. I received ***** as an Advance and remaining ***** advance kept with nobroker
- Rent settled is ***** (after deducting nobroker fees )
- Nobroker has not paid the rent for Dec ****, Feb ****, April ****, May ****, June ****, July ****
- Total * Months rent due with interest of *** Rs per day. It costs around Rs *,**,***. (without intererest)
- I heard from nobroker (not sure though), tenant has vacated on **rd May ****, but did not receive the key till now (*th Aug ****). Due to this i am loosing rent for Aug **** as well, since i need yet to do painting, tenant search and hence tenant can come only next month.
- Along with rent due of ****** (*,**,***+*****), need to deduct ***** for painting and cleaning (as per agreement). Total Due is *,**,***.
- Also tenant has not paid BWSSB bill of **** (water bill) of around **** (Water Bill for RRnumber S-******)
- Bescom bill is also not paid, we can ignore this as it is minimum.
Last thursday (*st Aug ****), received video of the house, where-in UPS/Battery and Geyser are missing from the property. As per the earlier inspection report done by nobroker, those were there in the property. It costs around *****.
Total loss = *,**,*** (without ***rs per day as agreed in the agreement)
Total = ****** (including *** per day for * months)

Till now i did not get any update on the inspection report (nobroker has to do as per the agreement, since they are communicating with the tenant), to make sure there are no illegal things are done by the tenant.

I asked to return key after inspection report, but there in no update about the returning the key as well. Till last thursday, nobroker people were telling, old tenant has not given the key. Now nobroker is having the key, but they are not doing inspection and settlement of above mentioned amount.
