AGS TRANSACT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED - RENT PAYMENT PENDING SINCE 2 YEARS

I Mr. Davinder S/O Laxmi Narayan, R/O H. No. *, Prem Colony, Kaithal Road, Karnal, Haryana, ******,

- An agreement had been signed with AGS Transact Technologies P. Ltd. & me on **th June, **** for ATM space which registered in my house as shop no. *, at the same above residence approx ** sq. ft. area for the purpose of an ATM machine of ICICI Bank for a rent of *****/- rupees per month.

- rent free period was from Dec **** to Jan **** as NIL for fit out purpose of machine, Rent of ***** from **th Jan **** to **th april **** was at cost *****/-, a rent of ***** per month considered in agreement from **th april **** to **th december ****, & from **th dec **** to **th dec ****,, *****/- rent was to be done with next **th dec **** to **th dec **** with ***** rent per month.

- when the agreement done & ATM operated by vendor, from starting day of agreement, everything going on regularly, every month rent cost and activities during machine operation was seen properly without any issue,

- but Now its running June ****, and approx since * years, as i.e., June **** to till date - falls under *rd agreed point in agreement that was *****/- per month rent cost, which is pending till date, not a single month rent cost paid by company employee, neither he seen on the site, nor he comes here to check the machine or anything else related to are or installation, when *-* months rent was stopped, I contacted to the employee of company for the rent (June ****), he told to wait about *-* months as something issue from budget or anything else at upper level of company that rent would be release, the same story was continue till * months & no activity was seen during the same,
next when I regularly asking him for rent cost and machine operation then he told me that they will free the shop area as now the same will not be continue at that location due to some reasons, I self gave replied for agreement accordingly to do as they want but free me asap with paying the pending rent cost and free up the space,
again several days passed but the problem no step to free up or no entry of rent seen thereafter, when I visited *-* branches of ICICI bank even they didn't support me about this company as they told that this is *rd party & they will do anything at any cost,
again I tried at district level office of AGS vendor who agreement with me and taking following up with them but they also didn't reply me about, in some time I also having my own routine work in business I waited for so long and I also visited at many locations & put many complaints about this company laziness to bank managers and company offices but no body supporting me about my rent payment or any reply about free up the space,

Now I am not using that space due to machine installation but not working from last * years and nobody is doing anything about that request to free up the space, after some visits & contacts at different location even at registered offices everyone asking to wait only, to wait only & after a so long of wait, I writing a complaint about the same, not to get only the rent even the total loss which I faced during to not getting rent of space even the rounds which I went or visits about the enquiry along with total * years of harassment

the local karnal, haryana or delhi staff behaviour is very bad in knowledge as they only ignored or take away in this situation whenever I told them the same agreement issues & rent issues, staff of bank employees and company registered persons are even bad about knowledge or getting solution at any point except the ignorance or taking steps in courts only,

so, please check at my location which given in first line, with space information and rent information, take the action against which you can take & please free me up with the area & provide me my full rent cost which is pending for a long time with such harassment & every such step I am asking to solution either at any location or at any call or mail.
