Oyolife Gurgaon - Rent increased several times without any prior communication

I started to live in oyo life gurgaon GRG **** in September. The rent at the time i joined was around ****. Since then, it has increased several times without any prior communication, now it is around ****. At this time of COVID pandemic, when I am not even staying at the property, what I expected OYO was that it should give some relaxation in the rent as many other property owners are giving. But rather than this, rent has been increased this month as well by *** rs without any prior information.
What is the point of living in a small double sharing room and paying around **,*** for a single bed. There are single occupancy rooms available in that very area at this price.
