Mpokket - REMOVE PENALTIES CHARGES

I am Raman Kumar, your agent poonam said me that when i am pay my partial payment after i will get my penalties off from my loan accounts because i am suffering from covid and i sent my covid report already, so many times but not yet my penalties get waived off, and i am getting harrassment, please understand my situation , i already paid my principal amount i ll already paid **** rupees and my principal amount was ***** , you can take your **** remaining amount and please remove all my accounts, if u don not understand my problem, after this all , i am urge to file a complaint against you on RBI site and filing an FIR also , regarding my all loans principal amount and showing my all proof.
