Vlcc Beauty Clinic - Remaining amount not returned

Hello ,
I would like to bring into notice that vlcc gomtinagar of lucknow has treated my sister with a particular treatment of around ***** which my sister gave the money for.
After that they persuaded her to get another treatment for which the amount was ***** and they even took merchant loan on my behalf from FIBE, they even said that if we don’t like it we can cancel it
My sister after only * injection rejected the treatment as it was affecting her health negatively
Even then I gave two EMIs of this FIBE loan so that my cibil is not destroyed until this case is resolved from the operator from vlcc that I was in touch with.
Executives from FIBE wants me to ask vlcc to cancel the loan so that i get my refund
But the person whom i was in contact with from vlcc is not receiving my calls and she even blocked me from whatsapp
What kind of service is this ?
I don’t have the money from fibe
I did not take the service from vlcc
Why should I pay then ?
We just took one injection from vlcc , it is perfectly normal to ask for my remaining amount.
