Teleperformance Malad is the worst company in the world to work with as they are not at all employee centric nor help their employees when required.
I am an ex employee of Teleperformance (India-Malad location). Here are the worse scenarios to begin with:
First of all i worked for * years and all i could see was politics in the management and no principle or ethics being followed. Hence i left the organisation on spot and joined a better one.
** days completed and there was no communication about my FnF. I emailed them upfrontly asking for my FnF so that i can pay and retrieve the relieving letter to submit in my current organisation who have been asking for it on priority.
Teleperformance has not even bothered to take my exit interview nor have updated my date of exit on the PF portal and today is the **rd day.
Now i have been writing emaila starting from the process Hr to head of the HR and some more in the cc but no one is least bothered to reply and answer. I have been doing this for the last * days. All i received from them an incorrect amount of *****rs to be payable wherein i emailed them informing that there were **.** leaves available which were not encashed. Also i am eligible to receive transport allowance from *st Jan to *th Feb **** as per ***rs per day which was also not credited. I have been asking them to correct the amount and then i shall pay it but there is no response from anyone. I somehow managed to get a contact no for the process hr and explained her all. Now comes the best part.
She says the OP approved *.* leaves but no sign of its encashment. New policy that she is telling me that the transport allowance is paid from **st of last mnth till **st of current which is a big lie. The company was paying us transport allowance from *st to the **th. On top of that she says that i need to send my salary slip to check that and finally as there is an investigation required and hence itll take a lot of time which i dont have. All this is a big lie. Its very easy to check for my transport allowance in the monthly file for feb to know what all i am eligible for. Very dissapointed and frustrated. Clearly the company wants to eat more money from employees and plus the hr dont want to take any initiatives to help and juat want to warm their seats. I will very soon escalate this much further as i know there wont be any resolution and i ll end up paying ***** which is again incorrect and very distressing to pay.
