I have taken Jio-Fiber Wifi connection * months ago, since then I am continuously facing trouble with my
internet connection, it's a pre-paid service and most of the time the internet is down.
When I raise any complaint, they take a lot of time to resolve it and sometimes they also close my complaint without resolving it by saying it has been resolved. I am so tired now with Jio customer care and their engineer's support. This is giving me mental harassment and along with its loss of my work as the internet is an important thing to support work from home.
