Jayant Kharote filed complaint against Reliance Jio Fiber on Nov 10, 2020
After calling the call centre about low speed on Jio Fiber, I was told to upgrde device to * Ghz from the*.*Ghz device. For that, they told to purchase GOLD PLAN. However, after gold plan purchase costing Rs**** despite having a Rs**** silver plan, No one from Reliance Jio has come to install new device after I paid for the recharge. After giving several appointments through call centre, each time the appointment was moved to different date and time. This happened nearly * times in middle of diwali leading to mental harassment. Finally when a person was assigned to replace the router, he too kept giving excuses and further dates. Its been * days of mental torture, hundreds of phone calls to customer care and constant attitude of call centre employees to avoid escalation despite numerous requests on my part. They kept the call going for hours.
