i book a reliance big tv device (booking id no ********) on march ****. this is take long time no one contact me about install these device.so i cancelled the device in september ****.on ** september **** i get mail from company end they send me the per forma of bank detail .i am send that per forma with bank details on ** sept ****.from that time i send * mail to the company and i also send a mail to his nodel officer on this mail( i got from internet) (anshul.nanda@relianceada.com )
on * jan **** i call to his customer care no (***********)
(deepak from ncr delhi) : this person said me that wait for refund you got your refund within ** hours and you got a call or message with in * hours i said ok. i will wait for * hour but not a call or message or e-mail then i again call to his customer care no (***********) that time
himanshu from mumbai : i tall my issue last conversion , that person totally disagree that our person said that within two hours you got any type of call or message or mail . they said end his call to say that within ** hours got your money.
next day on * jan **** i am not get any type of refund then i call again to his customer care no (***********) this time
(radhika from noida) : pick my call said that wait for refund you got your refund within ** hours and you got a call or message with in * hours i said ok. i will wait for * hour but not a call or message or e-mail then i again call to his customer care no (***********) that time
ayub from (not tell his location): i tell my issue last conversion , same that person totally disagree that our person said that within two hours you got any type of call or message or mail start a new story that you send mail again i said i am already send the mail that person clearly said that if you want money then send the mail.in other words ( this person clearly said me that you not get your money ).
their are almost four month gone not a single phone call or message or e-mail from company i got.their is not question about the rs.*** the question is related to service a company providing to the customer .
please take strict action
