I have ordered my reliance big TV on * March **** and pay ***/- as pre order charges. They promised to install big TV in ** days of order but this is not done yet. I am calling regularly to customer care from May but they are making me fool by giving * days time every time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
