Bank Complain - Related to bank loans

We have *carloan from IDFC banks and * personal loans from INDIABULLS DHANI and AXIS bank before the lockdown all our installments were regular but condition got worst now bcz of lockdown as I do job in readymade school uniforms and as schools are closed we can't pay instalments. ECS charges penalties are overburdened and banks are continuously pressurising us to pay all the instalments .I am unable to pay them all and conditions are getting worst that I am mentally in trauma. I can't bear such pressure of penalties and that all once conditions get better I will pay all amount but only want relaxation for sometime.. during lockdown I applied for monitorium also bt banks denied that they didn't received any.. even they said system were hanged during lockdown
