Dear Sir/ ma'am

This is in regards to my joining with Ecom on **st May. I joined there but faced certain problem of travelling, fooding and lodging due to lockdown across the State. Due to prevailing circumstances I decided to go back and left the opportunity because it was tough for me to manage at that point of time. Six days after leaving Sasaram , Afterthat I have messaged to HRBP regarding IT seat is still vacant or not he replied call me than I called him and talked about IT seat he said are u interested to rejoin I said yes because The lockdown was at it's end so I decided to join back after that he called to mehak ma'am . He asked me to mail Mehak ma'am regarding this and I did so. later that day IT TEAM had also called and discussed about work pressure and all the things and allow me to join .
A joining confirmation for *th via email was provided to me by Mehak ma'am. Later that day I also texted her about that I shall leave tomorrow for Sasaram and reach by night and shall join day after Tomorrow Morning to which she replied "OK". I left for Sasaram on *th Morning from Saharsa and reached Patna by **:**am. I called my sasaram Hrbp and he asked me to get in touch with Mehak ma'am regarding my joining. This was a despairing situation for me as I left only after her confirmation. I called Mehak ma'am and she Surprisingly asked me to stay back in Patna with any friend or at a hotel and I'm stay in patna from last * day and there is no response from Hr team and keep myself on hold for this position.
I am very displeased by this unprofessional and loss of Intra department Communications. For any candidate like me this was a terrible experience and I wanted to share my thoughts with the entire team of Ecom. During my training procedure for Ecom I thought it will be a great experience but On fields it was something unimaginable. For no reasons I had to travel during this pandemic for *-* times.
I hope the management considers this case and makes sure no one faces such things in near future.
