Cholamandala Ms General Insurance - rejection of my health corona rakhshak claim

With respect to above caption, I had purchase one corona health insurance policy from Chola MS Insurance Co whose policy no-....... .At the time of purchasing the policy,company has asked for two condition for claim of insurance in future within stipulated period of time. i.e
(*) minimum ** hours admitted in govt approved hospital.
(*) proof of corona positive.

I already submitted proof of above two condition and other document provided by my covid hospital during time of hospitalization, within * month from discharge from covid hospital. As per govt guideline My distt medical team forced me in govt covid hospital and its not our decision to self hospitalized.proper date of admission and date of discharge both are clearly mentioned in my discharge report provided by my ESIC Covid hospital, what type of medicine they provided as per needed i don`t know, if it was normal than they would have discharged me in two days,but i was admitted approx *-* days. some problem was there that`s why full blood test they asked which i had already submitted to my insurance Co.

But Chola MS Insurance Co denied for payment of claim on ground that " treatment was given during hospitalization period doesn't warrant inpatient admission, only oral medications were administered and insured medical condition was within normal limits and not required hospitalization".
I request you to please help me to get my claim as on earliest. Otherwise this type of insurance co after receiving the premium amount they will keep trying to escape from their duties ,which will clearly to make goof-of innocent people.
