Norka Care Health Insurance Limited - Rejection of health insurance claim

I have purchased the norka health insurance for myself and family and paid a premium of *****. The TPA for the norka health insurance is Vidal Health TPA. As per the policy document shared with me, its clearly mentioned that "Maternity not covered but any hospitalization except delivery covered and new born baby covered from day one".

My wife was admitted in the hospital during her *th month of pregnancy due to bleeding and was in the hospital from **st Apr **** till **th Apr ****.

The total bill amount was ***** and as per the norka policy document which clearly says "Maternity not covered but any hospitalization except delivery covered", this hospitalization due to bleeding is covered for reimbursement as it was not for delivery.

I have submitted all the required documents to Vidal health TPA, and the team has rejected the claim mentioning maternity not covered, however the policy document clearly says all the hospitalization except delivery is covered under the insurance.

I have raised many times the issue with TPA customer support team and i have not received any feedback.

I would like to raise this as a legal complaint against Vidal health TPA for speedy resolution.
