We had declared our pre-existing disease while purchasing policy online. There Policy Document doesnot carry any details of Pre-Existing Disease. Only mentioned is zero Waiting period for pre-existing disease. We filed the claim for reimbursement, which was rejected saying pre-existing disease was not declared while taking the policy.
We asked for the documents, they are not ready to provide the same.
Also they misleaded when we wanted to go for cashless hospitalisation saying this hospital is not in there network but it was. We confirmed with Hospital as well as surveyor.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
