Neutrogena - Rejecting my complaint for the recent order

Hi Team,
My recent order which was delivered to me as an empty box.I raised a complaint on that day itself next day request was rejected, I don’t know what was the reason behind it. Again, I initiated with the same request again they rejected. If I have been delivered with an empty box, then it’s not my fault. The team has to look into it by his own end as we are costumers and their priority should be maximum satisfaction from the customer. Rejecting my complaint won’t give a customer satisfaction and I won’t allow my *** rupee’s to get just wasted for an empty box.
Kindly look into this matter asap and please find an optimal solution. Either refund my money back or else provide me with the order which was expected.
