ShopCJ - Reimbursement of my amount Rs. 12596 - registered complain as HS2018010201214 and when talk again th

Dear Sir/Madam I have an order two times of the same product one is on **rd December of Rs.****/- and another one is **th December, **** the same amount of Rs.****/- through my SBI Credit Card No. **** **** **** **** but Orders are not generated trying to contact your costumer care then again its Orders on phone. But both time the payment was deduct my SBI Credit Card and its show the transaction are success.
As customer care Executive told me your payment are back with in five to six days because we are not claimed the amount. but till now its not back.they are registered complained as as HS************* and when talk again then again new cop. HS************* and HS*************.
I therefore request you please look into the matter and and instruct the concerned to take action for back my amount thanks
