Travelvala - Reimbursement of expenses from Travel agent

I had gone for a holiday to Australia through Parag Sodha ( Name of firm - Travelvala )
Following things were an issue
*. Kuranda trip - No payment was told to be done by Parag, but we had to pay food and travel expenses. Amount spent *** AUD - He agreed to reimburse but has not paid still.
*. Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise - Was told that payment was done to the vendor, but payment was not done by Parag, and I had to pay additional *** AUD for the same. Later Parag agreed to reimburse the amount.
Total amount to be reimbursed was Rs. *** AUD..
After I came back from Australia I followed up with Parag for Reimbursement, he dodged me then. He is now not picking my calls. Request your help here.
