Teleperformance India Private Limited - Rehire status is wrong

Dear Sir,

I have worked in TP for * months as a CSA.

At the time of joining I have been given an appointment letter that says that It would be on a fixed term basis of * months. However, I have continued my operation till Feb **, **** without any confirmation of extension of my contract.

After * years I got an opportunity from TP, Mohali that of a process trainer profile. I gave the interview and got selected for the position.

Letter I found the status of my re-hire is as follows:

Reason Of Leaving : Terminated

When I try to find out the reason for my termination I could not get any answer.

I had a contractual job on a fixed-term basis that I served and left. However, in their records, it was showing as permanent.

I left the job giving a spot resignation as the term is ended and did not serve any notice period. I did not know that I am being terminated at that time.

I didn't know that if I give spot resignation I would never be rehired in TP. I still remember that day when I was in HR room writing an application that I am leaving because I my term is ended.

I would request you please approve my re-hire as left your organization on a good term.

I have worked dedicatedly in your organization for these * months. Even in the * months, you could not find any single absenteeism from my end.

My only request to you please approve my re-hire. I do not find any reason why my re-hire is negative.
