I bought my motorcycle(Suzuki SF*** BS*) on **th March,**** from Suzuki India dealership , the temporary registration was done in UP on **th march,****. The place of supply for the vehicle is in Delhi it but got delayed due to pan India Lock down but i was rest assured from dealership that post lock down my bike will get registered. I have paid the amount in full to the dealership in cash.
Now due to the unethical practices Honorable Supreme Court has ordered not allowing the registration of BS* vehicles sold after ** March
i am still unaware of the situation whether my bike will get registered or not .
The dealership has kept me in dark and now ignoring my mails and phone calls. The situation has complicated a bit and it has been almost * months now since i purchased my motorcycle.
My concern is that, what if my bike does not get registered , and dealership refuses to co-operate?
I demand the dealership ( Etgo Suzuki Noida Premium) and Suzuki India to get me a refund in full or exchange my vehicle with a BS* model.
