Immediate: Sent dummy LLP details link (no real progress).

SAME DAY: Sheetal called pushing Startup India Certification (₹*,*** FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT).
- Promised "FULL REFUND if certification fails"
- Paid ₹*,*** (UPI ID: ************) trusting refund guarantee

RIGHT AFTER: Another agent aggressively pushed "MANDATORY LLP filing service" (additional fees).
- Refused → Agent wouldn't listen, insisted it's compulsory
- Called support number on portal → NO ANSWER

**-** Jan: Complete silence, no progress on either service.
