Tikona - Regarding Worst Internet Connection requisition of Refund

Hi,
I had signed up with Tikona on **-**-**** Subscription Id: **********. I had not used the service for ** days in Dec & ** days in Jan. **** since gone to my native place. But from Feb **** onwards facing poor connection so on ** Mar. **** I raised *st complaint regarding that same. A technical guy was sent to my place who did nothing. just connecting wifi on his mobile & said it's working fine & left. I again raised a query regarding the same issue, again another technical came after * - * days he did that same thing he went to terrace where the device was connected did nothing came back and said it should now work properly & he went the problem was not resolved. Again I called the customer service raised a new query again for the same query. But this time on **, Mar Internet had gone completely. Then again a new technical guy came but he did some work he had deleted all my login details & created a new one, The Internet started but the problem was not solved. If we play Videos on Youtube it gets stuck or buffering. when told the technical guy he said that cannot be rectified It might be a problem with your TV. Internet was OK, but buffering on video for ** mins. then the Internet went blank (down) for *-** hours when spoke with the customer service they said there a problem with their server, up-gradation was going so Internet service was completely down throughout Mumbai.
Since then I called *-* times to customer service with the same problem. Got a call from * of your senior technical Manager. who are still not able to rectify my problem. So I am done, Kindly cancel my subscription & refund my remaining amount, as such practically speaking I used the service for * months, Paid in Total: **** / ** months, the deduction for * months so I should get **** back. But technical speaking not used the service even for a month, so should not be deducted anything & given the complete refund.
Spoke with the customer service regarding the refund they said that they don't have the option of a refund If we don't want the service don't use it, or else we can transfer it to anyone else but they will not provide the refund. That is wrong business ethic If I paid for something not getting that I should be given a refund. I asked them to transfer to anyone in the account team so that I can speak with the refund they said they cannot transfer the call & not give a refund, asked them to provide with the physical location of the office so that I can meet someone regarding the same the customer service said that he is not allowed to provide with company information, I can visit the website & get it from that told him that there is no contact information in the website. he said that he cannot do anything, check the website. so I disconnected the call. Now I am emailing you this letter with the last hope that I will be helped with my refund. Because neither getting the service nor would be using the service. If I will not get any positive response from your end I will dispute the charge from my credit card company.
