Warrantybazaar - Regarding warranty issue

Jun **th I was bought OnePlus * mobile from Togofogo website and they provide the *-year warranty from Warrantybazaar. I have received defect handset and I raised the complaint in togofo for a refund but they told it is a small issue. Please contact warranty peoples they will rectify the problem within a ** working day and they provide the Warrantybazaar mobile number for warranty purpose. They arrange the pickup from Bluedart Courier (Tracking No ***********) on **st June received on **h Jun and they provide the complaint number **********. They told handset is software issue within ** working days we will send back. Till now I am not received. I call and mails to Warrantybazaar peoples there is no response only saying next week we will send, this is only answered. Today on **rd Jul **** I was called them, they told the problem is not software the problem is Mother Board so it will take time one month. I think this is not the correct answer. please help me.
