Dial4trade B2b Portal - Regarding unprofessional approach of Dial4trade team
Tanishka Group filed complaint against Dial4trade B2b Portal on May 22, 2019
This is in regard to the unprofessional approach last month. My website (www.taniskagroup.co.in) expected to receive * leads per month via BuyerConnect Service.
But the professional and business-oriented approach was missing. I ended up with the fraud. My impression of Dial*trade has been tarnished and I am now concerned about the total amount I have already paid for the yearly plan “Standard Supplier” worth Rs. **,*** including GST amount.

Payment for the plan was done on **th April. I was promised to be provided with the demo website for approval in *-* days. But the same was provided after ** days on *th May. I approved the same on **th May post confirming the domain name for the website. But till now neither the website is live nor the control panel access of my website is provided. Also, no communication regarding this has been made from their side.

The team promised me to provide * leads via conference call on a monthly basis. I received a call from the employee. I was asked to provide company details; GST no. certificate, Pan card copy, product details, prices and terms and conditions by your team member “Ravindra Panwar” via call. He told me that he already had some leads and he shared customer requirements for a quote. Based on the requirement of client I had shared the quote and total estimate with terms and conditions. After a few days, we were on a conference call with the client and he agreed on our terms and conditions. The order was almost finalized.
We had shared the required details for the order processing but on next day we received calls from Ravindra that we need to pay Rs. **,*** more to get Dial*trade trust certificate. I ask for the details on email, they agreed but they didn’t share anything on email. Afterwards, no proper response to the client was given by Ravindra. While cross-checking the Buyer Connect details on the website, I found that Ravindra’s phone no. is not listed on the website which was shocking for me.
I received below message:
(“BuyerConnect Services under membership will be provided by given numbers only +**- ****XXXXX +**-*****XXXXX. For any query or Information kindly contact below numbers only. No other numbers from Dial*trade.com allow for Buyerconnect service. If received any call in the name of BuyerConnect kindly report it to given below numbers. +**- ****XXXXX +**-*****XXXXX”)
Then I called on *st phone number Sapna (****XXXXX) to raise the complaint against Ravindra. She told me that she will get back to me or Ravindra will call me back but I haven’t received any call yet. I trust this is not the way Dial*trade wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I have been with other online B*B business and have never encountered such treatment before. I would like to request a full refund. Attached is my proof of purchase. I trust that you will respond to this matter promptly.
