We staying in the room number *** *** ***.

As a guest of the Hotel, I am writing to bring to your attention an extremely unpleasant incident that occurred on a very special day for my family and me, which involved two of your executives, Mayank Babla and Ritesh Sharma. The incident has occurred on hotel premises.

On Saturday, *th June, around *:** PM, my sons were at your facility, excitedly enjoying a swim in the pool as part of a celebration. They were playing with a soft ball when they were abruptly confronted by Mayank Babla,who instructed them not to play with the ball and accused them of making excessive noise. Upon my intervention, Mr. Babla responded with a very rude and harsh tone, escalating the situation unnecessarily. The behavior on part of the staff was shockingly unbefitting of a Taj employee.

When my husband stepped in to help manage the situation, Mr. Ritesh sharma was extremely rude and the his indecorous behavior has left us in an extreme state of shock..mr babla and mr ritesh sharma took it a step further by calling security and attempting to have my boys removed from the pool area.Not only that mr sharma asked us to leave the property immediately else he was willing to call the security for us too..the exact words which were used were that ‘he would kick us out’ This incident left my sons petrified and significantly dampened their spirits for the rest of the evening. They have never witnessed any individual behave this rudely or disrespectfully towards their parents.

I am extremely disappointed and concerned by the unprofessional and discourteous behavior exhibited by Mr. Mayank babla and the involvement of Mr. Sharma in this matter. Such actions are unacceptable and condemnable, especially towards children. I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.

If the Taj Group of Hotel condones and endorses such behavior from its staff or attempts to slide this matter under the rug, we will be left with no other option but to approach higher authorities and seek punitive damages.

REVERSE RACISM is what we had heard of but such a brutal act happening in a place like the esteemed hotel taj mahal palace is quite shocking for all of us..
Being a woman the act of intimidation non stop tried by mr mayank babla and the utterly rude and un ethical behaviou of mr sharma made us feel very very low..with heavy heart I had to pen down all that happened so some actions can be taken..
