Nalina bami filed complaint against Parimatch on May 14, 2025
I Nalina Bami has deposited ***** in parimatch account through my son's phone pe app .after the deposit was successful I started playing I played the bet of Rs *** after that my account was blocked and when I tried to contact parimatch support.they said you have to do some verification and asked me the documents like keep your card in one hand and in other hand keep a paper in which you have to write for parimatch and the current date and send us the account statement .so I mailed it in support@parimatch email id as they have instructed but they keep on asking me the same documents ever time I have mailed them the documents more than ** to ** times but they are not doing anything just passing the time as they have given me the time of ** days time period to complete the verification or else the will close my account as it has been ** days including today I have even asked them to refund my money but they are not giving any response.please help me to recover my money.my parimatch id is:-*********.and my compliant ticket no is :-******
