Zolo Bingo - Regarding the unbothered behaviour of manager and serives

Since I have raised tickets regarding fixing the AC in the room. It's been * days no one has come to even check the problem. I tried calling the property manager several times but he is not available anytime soon.
After not getting any response from him I moved to the help desk in hope that some action will be taken but again no response was taken. They keep on telling me the problem is escalated but I don't know when this problem will be resolved. Everytime there are some issues going on which you can check with the tickets I have raised. The property manager is not at all responsive even in any serious issues.
Basic facilities are not being provided properly even after paying hefty amounts of rent on time.
