Central University Of Rajasthan - Regarding the disturbance of the result

I am a student of M.Sc. Big Data (****-****) at Central University of Rajasthan. Many rules are being made arbitrarily in the university and no notice is given to those rules, and even the department does not even know these rules, which is why the student does not get any information. I am a student of ****-**** batch in this university and when I wanted to do M.Sc from this university, then this big data course was a non-professional course even till my second semester until it came under non-professional course,the results of my first and second semester also came from the non-professional grading system.
Then why this sudden result of *rd semester has been done under professional grading system? Is it the right to evaluate the one course in a same session with different Criteria and grading systems?
I am failing in the *rd semester because this year it is being evaluated by professinol course grading system and not from non-professional grading system. If this semester is evaluated under the grading system of *st and *nd semester, then I can pass by the good marks.If changes in the grading system are to be done then according to the session, not by the futures of the students.
