Facebook - Regarding sponsored spam ads

I am writing this email as I was not left with any other option other than directly contacting you. I wrote some email(s) to Facebook and also reported constantly regarding sponsored span ads to the Facebook team.
On my Facebook page every time I could see a list of sponsored ads. I assume all of them are pushed by Facebook side to an individual page.
In the last couple of days, I found a sponsored ad the landing page of the sponsored link was http://electronicsflaga.info/. In the ad, the company was offering product "MATRIX PowerWatch *" at USD$*.**. Since the ad was shown on the Facebook page so it gave me an assurance that it would be a genuine offer, so I went to the said website and purchased the product. The final amount which I was shown on the final page was USD *.**. But when the actual payment happened an amount of USD **.** was charged back. This is a clear case of fraud.
I connected back to http://electronicsflaga.info through email but I haven't received any appropriate response from them. I reported this issue immediately to the Facebook team, now it's more than * weeks and I haven't heard back from the team.
This issue happened around a month back. Since then, I reported constantly to the Facebook support team through Report ad as span regarding such ads. In the last month, I found more than ** such similar ads in that category. The best part of these sponsored ads is that all ads look to belong to the same company.
I could see that in such type of ad the majority of the people have given feedback as fake ads, but still such ads keep on coming to people page.
I don't understand what Facebook is achieving by promoting such spams. Such repeated incidents tears-off people trust. I request you to please take appropriate action. I am attaching a screenshot of such pages for your reference.
